No entra ningún dato real antes.

Cambios

Legal · Subprocessors

Subprocessors

Last updated: 19 October 2026 · Version 1.0

The providers that access personal data in order to provide services to POYNTIA, S.L., with their service, their country and the safeguard for each transfer, and how customers are notified of changes.

At a glance

What it is

Who processes data on our behalf

A subprocessor is a provider that accesses personal data in order to provide us with a service. This page lists them with their service, their country and the safeguard for the transfer.

Today

Two providers

Cloudflare, to host and deliver the website, the form and the aggregated measurement, and Google, for email. Both are in the United States.

Projects with client data

The cloud and the model are agreed in writing

Before a single real data point is processed, the environment, the cloud and the AI model are written down in the project annex. No real data comes in before that.

Changes

30 days’ notice

If we add or change a subprocessor for a customer with a data processing agreement, we tell them by email 30 days in advance and they may object.

What this list covers

This list contains the providers that process personal data on behalf of POYNTIA, S.L. (Article 28 GDPR) in two different situations:

  • poyntia.com, our email and the business relationship. Here Poyntia is the controller, as the Privacy policy explains, and the providers in the table below provide services to it.
  • Projects with client data. Here the client is the controller and Poyntia is its processor, under the data processing agreement. The subprocessors for each project are listed in its annex (see the section “Projects with client data”).

The security controls we apply are on the Security page.

Providers for poyntia.com and email

ProviderServiceCountryTransfer safeguard
Cloudflare, Inc.
101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA
Hosting and delivery of the website, network security, storage of the form messages (Workers KV), email forwarding (Email Routing) and execution and storage of the aggregated audience measurement (D1). United States. It may process data in data centres in several countries. EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Cloudflare states it is certified; Article 45 GDPR) and standard contractual clauses as a fallback (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR).
Google LLC
1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA
Email: the controller’s mailbox, where messages are received and from which they are sent. It is currently a consumer Gmail account; we plan to migrate it to Google Workspace, with a data processing agreement. United States. EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Google states it is certified; Article 45 GDPR). With the consumer account, Google’s terms apply; with Workspace, its data processing addendum and the standard clauses (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR).

The certification status of each provider can be checked on the official Data Privacy Framework list (dataprivacyframework.gov). We do not rely on the Framework alone: we keep the standard contractual clauses as a fallback. The data processing agreements with our providers are in progress, as we say on the Security page.

Planned, not active today

Plausible Analytics (a company incorporated in Estonia). It is the planned analytics tool. It would only load if you accept the “Analytics” category in the preference centre, and today it is not enabled: even if you accept it, the website sends it nothing. According to its data policy, visitor data is processed and stored in the European Union. If we enable it, we will add it here first and update the Cookie policy.

Projects with client data

Today there is no real client data in Poyntia. Before processing the first, we put in writing with the client who sees it, where it is processed and when it is deleted, and the environment where the project will run.

In those projects, the cloud and the artificial intelligence model are agreed in writing with the client before a single real data point is processed and are listed in the project annex (Annex III of the data processing agreement). When the client contracts those services under its own account, the provider is the client’s and not Poyntia’s. Poyntia does not send client data to any model provider that is not in that annex, nor use it to train models.

Changes, notice and objection

This list is updated whenever a provider changes and carries its date and version number. If we add or replace a subprocessor for a customer with a data processing agreement, we will notify them by email at least 30 days in advance. During that period, the customer may object on reasonable data protection grounds; the procedure and its consequences are in the data processing agreement.

If you would like to receive notices of changes even though you are not yet a customer, write to privacidad@poyntia.com.
